Your Patient Advocate Team
We recognize that your initial presentation to Park Eye Center impacts your experience greatly and have, therefore, chosen a front desk team that is friendly, empathetic, and eager to please.
In addition to being a friendly meet-and-greet team, our front desk staff strives to advocate for our patients on many levels. They are your first-line in scheduling prompt appointments, obtaining appropriate benefit information, orchestrating rebates, and simply making sure that your Park Eye Center experience exceeds your expectations.
As has been the case for over 60 years, our group continues to work hard to make your Park Eye Center experience a memorable and pleasant one.
Our Optical Team
Our specialized optical team welcomes you to our eyewear boutique with excitement and expertise. Boasting years of experience, our team excels in finding you both the right look for your new eyewear as well as the most appropriate lenses for your particular needs. They will take precision measurements to ensure that you are, not only looking great, but seeing in the best way possible.
Our team will explain your vision benefits and explain how best to take advantage of your allowances.
Seeing that we are a second generation optometric practice, do not be surprised to see the doctors in the boutique helping too. We have not forgotten the roots of our profession and are eager to jump in as needed.
Our Billing Advocate
After years of trying to handle patient billing on our own, we realized that this daunting task was best placed in the care of professionals. As a result, we have teamed up with Trica of Tricia E-Billing Solutions, L.L.C. Trica and her team will both process your claims quickly and efficiently as well as fight to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
